Centeya Canales

Born and raised in Lake Chapala, to a Southern California Mother and a Mexican Father, Centeya is 100% fluent in English and Spanish. She is very knowledgeable about the area and its real estate trends.

After graduating with a business and economics background, her Real Estate journey began in Bal Harbour, Miami, Florida in 2006, having worked for the Related Group of Florida during the pre-construction sales of St. Regis, Bal Harbour. In 2008 she returned to Lake Chapala and worked with Lloyd Real Estate for 4 years in helping many Foreigners and Nationals relocate to the area, guiding them in finding their dream home, and overseeing the construction of many of her clients’ homes.

In 2012, Centeya took a long vacation from Real Estate and traveled across the United States and India. In 2017, she decided she was ready to return to her roots and continue her career in Real Estate Investment properties.
